In the end, newbs made good.

Along the way, he dropped out of contact for several days, on two separate occasions. I was only able to reach him by phone.

Roughly 2 weeks after our agreed ship date he shipped out the video card. It arrived quickly and was in the condition he\'d specified.

I suspect some real life stuff was going on and would be willing to give Newbs another chance after those are resolved.

Payment was sent quickly, and although there was some physical damage that I forgot to list, the buyer was understanding and agreed to a partial refund.

Mailed the item on time and it was received on Oct. 13. Haven't heard from the buyer since we settled the refund issue. Given the recent lack in communication I'd be wary about buying an item from this individual.

I sent the $25 and he was supposed to ship his CPU first, provide me tracking, then I would ship mine. Few days went by with no word, then a couple weeks later had to make a paypal claim. He came back to refund the money and said he would still send the CPU, but never did and never heard anything else about it.

Nothing lost but time.
